John Cave then Barber & Turner
Saturday Morning Music Events – Free Concerts at the UGT Every Saturday
Highlighting Local Performers
8th April 2017 – 10am – 12 noon. Venue Opens at 9.30am
Seaford’s comic cave man then classic Americana and original gems from UGT regulars Barber & Turner.
John, who runs the Seaford Folk Club, is known to many audiences for his interpretations of the wonderful songs of Jake Thackeray. But his repertoire is much wider than that. He’ll also be singing some numbers by Richard Stilgoe, and others – as well as a range of parodies, some of them self penned.
Original songs, classic covers and old-time country standards with singer/songwriter Kevin Barber and guitarist Ron Turner.
Throughout their performance, Fairtrade coffee and tea and home-made cakes will be on sale in the Under Ground coffee-bar – which will stay open until 4pm for viewing of the latest foyer art exhibition.
Entry is free.
With regret there is no wheelchair access to the venue
